4. Orders & Order Confirmation

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

6.3 Refunds

We do not offer a formal warranty on fashion jewellery, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
